Looks like we'll have to do the same work we did on MDP and go ask the
maintainer what they mean. Since the code is compiled though in NumPy
case the LGPL terms are less ambiguous. We should clear that out no
matter what though.
I do not have a planned time-frame, I think it is fine with me for one
to two weeks. Philippe, you have other comments?
This is not an urgent project. The 3 persons (so far) who are interested
in MVA can certainly work with downloading things to their own machine
independently. So having that done in a couple of weeks or even later is
fine. The availability of this won't block us.
