On the service-dev list, we've hashed out a step-by-step procedure for
people to migrate their sharing from DAV to EIM.
As a consequence, a tentative decision has been made to *change the
default sharing account* in Chandler Desktop to be "Chandler Hub
Sharing". Morgen's statement was:

> might have existing settings.ini files that specify their old-style
> sharing account as the default, so that will be a problem unless I
> modify the restore-settings logic that handles that.
It'd be helpful to have stakeholders confirm their support (or not)
here. Aparna, Philippe, Sheila, in particular.
Additionally, an enhancement to make "restore settings" be aware of this
change would really help the sharing migration procedure. Are people ok
with adding this feature at this phase?
