Yes, the situation I am trying to protect against is an alpha4 user who has a .ini which indicates their old Cosmo WebDAV account is the default, and they restore that file into their trunk version of Chandler. Without my last commit, their old account would still be the default, and thus they wouldn't be able to delete it from the accounts dialog.
