Yeah, for now it seemed pointing at qacosmo was the sensible thing to

Also, this update includes both the change to the default sharing
account and (I think) the fix-chandler.ini-from-previous-versions
features needed.
Yes, the situation I am trying to protect against is an alpha4 user
who has a .ini which indicates their old Cosmo WebDAV account is the
default, and they restore that file into their trunk version of
Chandler. Without my last commit, their old account would still be
the default, and thus they wouldn't be able to delete it from the
accounts dialog.
