Wiki docs need updating as well. Not keeping up with how the refactoring

Remove from the 0.7 trunk the RunChandler scripts knowing that their
functionality is handled by ./chandler[.sh | .bat | .exe]. Also
realize that the RunPython scripts will remain for developer use.
