Ah, the selection that is enabled by default on the Reload Collection
and Settings dialog is "Chandler Export Files", which is why I didn't
see the chandler.dump file being enabled for seletion. As long as the
user changed that selection to "Chandler dump files" or "All files
(*.*) they can select the dump file and reload that.
In that case, yes we wouldn't need to muck around with the extension
names which wasn't ideal in the first place anyways.
