If we are changing the dashboard/triage model, it would be good to know about it sooner, rather than later, as the design for that is central to the domain model in the pilot project (aka APP for short?).
So, if we have an idea of what the model is changing to, or what the likely alternatives are, it would be good to know so we can validate the current plan. It is in fact the piece we were planning to build *first* (along with recurrence).
