Currently, Desktop builds are blocked on updating the localization
repo to have the 0.7.4-rc1 tag as well. As soon as I've sorted that
out with Kirsch (just double-checking, I can do the copy myself
maybe), I'll start kicking off 0.7.4-rc1 again on the hosts above.
Yes that looks right.
The Localization tagging is/was always a build task. Just like the
Chandler tree, the Localization tree normally gets branched and all
release work happens from that.
