Travis and I quickly reviewed the newly functioning "Subscribe/Share/
Download collections from the Sidebar"!

Here are the notes. Travis, I've got the re-worked copy for the
Subscribe dialogs below.
Stuff for both logged in and View-only
1. "View and edit" should be "View and Edit"
2. Collection Name should pop more
- Sit on white background
- Font size - 1 size bigger
- Font style - Bold
3. Make "Subscribe with..." bold
Logged-in View-only stuff
1. Make DONE button stretch across entire width of sidebar
2. Grey should end at DONE button
3. Tighten up "Link here"
- Get rid of icon for "Link here"
- Shorten text to just "Link"
- Move it to the same line as the collection name with 5 pixel right-
margin
Ticket View-only stuff
1. Collection Name should be black
- Font size - 1 size bigger
- Font style - Bold
2. Get rid of "Link here" completely
Stuff to investigate after release
- Making "Delete" button part of Sidebar OR
- Making "Delete" button the left-half of "Done" button

SUBSCRIBE DIALOGS
Re-worked copy for subscribe dialogs.
- Can we indent on the left, approx 3 spaces or 10px? (Nice to have.)
- Looks like webcal URL + ticket will be the longest URL. Can we pick
a dialog width that will fit that URL and fix the width to that?
- I've added links to wiki instructions for Apple iCal 3.x and CalDAV
users.

3. Click [Subscribe]
