Manage setup of hardware attributes, warranty offerings, and matrix tables
in our Reverse Logistics database, monitoring of order data between
Microsoft and logistics partners, reporting and analysis of operational
metrics. Heavy emphasis of SQL, database management, reporting, and dealing
with system complexity. Logistics operation experience is a plus, but not
required.
