*Top Three Skills:*

1. 3-5 year of data mapping experience (preferably in a wireline
environment) in order to analyze data and create complex SQL data queries
and complex joins to map data from source to target.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with the business to analyze data
conversion needs and effectively explain options for mapping data. Hold
meetings to drive business decisions on mapping rules. Take a consultative
approach on what data they can bring over from ATT and what they cannot and
helping to come up with solutions.
3. Proven experience with data and tables in order to identify and analyze
the data extracts/dictionaries that will be mapped, identify problems and
troubleshoot a solution.


*Job Description:*

This person will be a part of the data mapping team for the ATT to Frontier
Conversion project (Connecticut acquisition). Will primarily be responsible
for assisting with the data conversion for service orders, customer care,
local plan, billing, and provisioning. Will be responsible for analyzing
user requirements and workflow, developing queries to retrieve specific
data and information. This position will map legacy data fields to
interface file fields, develop business rules, develop value maps, resolve
defects uncovered by testing, clean legacy data, assist with converted data
cleanup, perform manual data audits, perform automated data audits.

A candidate MUST HAVE extensive data mapping experience OR experience
developing complex SQL queries along with recent ATT experience (or
Frontier, Verizon, telecommunications companies).

*Who is the Internal/External Customer:*Business Units - provisioning,
ordering, billing, customer care, local plant. External - end customers.

*Impact to the Internal/External Customer:*The ability to transfer
customers and data correctly from ATT to Frontier will allow for the least
interruption of service for the customers. Frontier wants to be able to
service the customer effectively in order to retain current customers and
expand services.

*Business Challenge:  *They client has just purchased ATT's Connecticut
business portfolio (Uverse, broadband, phone lines) and they are building a
transformation team to assess and identify what systems, applications and
HW they currently have and incorporate into one common platform for the
entire organization.

*EVP:  *Working on a high profile, dynamic project. Being a part of a large
scale conversion project between two enterprise Telecom companies (ATT and
Frontier).
