* Responsibilities:*
·         Creation of initial and final Post Mortems
·         Create, log and follow up on Problems and Repair Items
·         Creating agendas and run meetings
·         Creating and managing process documentation and workflows,
including but not limited to, PrM SOP, Post Mortems, Problems and Repair
Items
·         Critical analysis and trending
·         Reading and deciphering incident tickets, emails, putting the
“story” together
·         Defining and executing weekly reporting on Post Mortems, Repair
Items and team KPIs
·         Create and manage entries in a knowledge base
·         Create and manage known error records
·         Participate in monthly business reviews
·         Hold various team members accountable for deliverables within the
scope of Problem Management
·         Manage document versioning and updates within SharePoint
