Position: Salesforce developer Location: Mclean, VA Duration: 6 months contract to hire *Must have Lightning expCitizen and GC or TN(with employer is fine)* Responsibilities: Designing the Sales process and methodologies within Salesforce by providing efficiency. Identify and propose best practices in Salesforce and Force.com by also designing scalable solutions with respect to configuration, customization, testing and data integrity. Hands on experience on developing Visualforce pages and Apex. Solution and develop Integration with Salesforce and other systems using APIs (REST/SOAP). Write test classes implementing functional tests and ensuring the recommended coverage. Maintain a high degree of understanding of the various components of the cloud-computing ecosystem and must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Salesforce.com ecosystem Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and directly with business to architect technology solutions to document and organizing UAT testing. Skills/Experience: 5-7 years of Salesforce experience REQUIRED Experience working on 2-3 Salesforce implementations end-to-end REQUIRED ( e.g Snaplogic ) Salesforce certification REQUIRED (administrator or developer) Experience building Salesforce Lightning pages strongly PREFERRED Experience in Java and Agile a plus. Requires a bachelor's degree and may be expected to have an advanced degree in area of specialty and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
