It is a film and campaign by Invisible Children that aims to make "Joseph Kony (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Kony) famous, not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice." While almost everyone agrees that Joseph Kony is a bad person, Invisible Children has been criticized for their approach.
