And, uh, Is that really the city's excuse for not taking advantage of state funding? They expect everybody to have Edge cards in two years? That's horribly wack. Silly Columbus. I have one of those cards *now*, and I *still* drive out of my way to use free wifi instead. The performance is horrible on those cards, and they're freakin expensive.
