With wifi you'll have better speeds and (most of the time) its pretty much guaranteed. Where with cell phones its usually hit or miss. Places where you would think you'd get decent reception you don't, and you could easily be kicked back onto the slower data networks. Not to mention, I don't think I'll hold my breath on Columbus getting EDGE or EVDO anytime soon.. I mean it took forever for T-Mobile to get halfway decent GSM coverage. > [1] Yes, many dogs have laptops now.
