Hey Chaps,
I forgot to mention MAGMA, the work by the related team at UTK which was
focused on GPUs which began before(??) PLASMA. That said, I am guessing
that I can probably apply more lessons from PLASMA to Chapel work than the
more specialized work done in MAGMA for GPUs.
