Hi Russel,

Thanks for opening the issue. We would really like to have an IDE support
Chapel, but don¹t have the resources to undertake it ourselves at this
point. In Chapel¹s current stage of development, language features and
performance improvements remain the top priority for core developers.
Projects like this will have to rely on contributors from the broader
Chapel community for the time being until more resources become available
or IDE support rises on our priority list.
