HI Steve: What bothers me is: with the entire City being pretty much evacuated. I just pray that looting doesn't take place.
I hope that the police are on alert. What made me think of this was a large gang of dirt bikes on Howard Street, just an hour ago -- disrupting traffic and then riding down the street on the sidewalk and weaving in & out of traffic..
