I went along with Deli. 'sounded goo to me. Maybe it's because it sounds
like Wyman Park Dell, or maybe Deli was once part of the name (although I
hasn't been what I consider a deli for 40 years).
Maybe we could rename the Park to Wyman Park Deli? The BMZA and JHU would
like that.

You are right about the name, Emil. I agree that it is
a Baltimore institution, but it isn't a deli at all. The lunch
counter at The New Wyman Park Restaurant will you remind
of the soda fountains that many of the Read's drug stores
and five-and-dimes around town had. And it was not unusual
to see some of Baltimore's old school politicians, both saints
and sinners, holding court in the booths.
