Having never heard the name Fegla, for some reason I also read it as "Felga", like Helga. I suppose having a test case that matches the sample output exactly might have helped. literally copy/pasting the expected output. A test case that simple might be tempting to just eyeball it.
How does your byte count compare to the top entrants? I skimmed through some of the top most compact solutions and I would guess the J is shorter. The handful I looked at were also similar in nature - looping through the combinations.
