I've recently come back into the Freenet universe, and looked around and was not happy with the insertion tools available. FCPtools still hasn't had a solid release lately, and the recent snapshots are missing the "fcpputsite" command altogether. (The older version works, to a certain degree, but has many problems.) FT 0.2.3, available on Freenet, also had problems. But since FT was a much smaller and cleaner program to hack, I decided my efforts would be best spent improving that one. So: I have fixed some bugs in FT and released a new version, FT 0.2.4. I've tested it a bit, and it's capable of inserting a DBR site with over 100 files in it, as well as edition sites. It's a small, simple, relatively clean program written in portable C and designed to be usable on anything that even remotely resembles a Unix system. FT is released under the GNU General Public License.
