Joey, speaking of turning the clock on its side, my acquaintance, who
is a counselor, wears his *analog* watch in the correct manner on his
left wrist, but adjusts the time ahead three hours, so that noon shows
at 3 o'clock, for example. In that way he can sneak a discrete look at
his un-numbered watch face to get the approximate time without
altering his wrist position.
