I've recently started to work on an official ACM page as part of a series
they're doing to honor Turing Award winners. I'm doing this because this is
the beginning of the effort, so Ken's page will be one of the first and will
serve as an example for others that follow. I plan to make my work
available, as I complete it, for comments and criticisms from members of
these forums (as well as other APL groups).

In the course of researching the content for this page, I came across a
fairly recent reference to APL in an essay on the necessity for people to
learn computational thinking: http://web.cecs.pdx.edu/~york/CTshort.pdf .
It's good to see that people still recognize the importance of "Notation as
a Tool of Thought" even though the idea may not have yet gained widespread
acceptance.
