    (M1 D M2) y  is equivalent to the formula D(M1(y), M2(y))
        **Identified by a right argument only**

    x (D1 D2 D3) y is equivalent to the formula D2(D1(x,y), D3(x,y))
        **Identified by both a right and a left argument**

    How do you write the equivalent of  D2(D1(x,y), M(y)) in J?
