I got and read it. I think that you are still obsessed by tacit form.
I think tacit form is similar to poem as being concise and beautiful.
It is easier and joyful to read but not everyone is expected to be
able to write one. It is unnecessary to force a teacher or student to
use tacit form when the explicit suit them more.
Progress in time, 30 years ago, apl (an explicit form) was admired as
like a haiku.[1]
