Matthew, For various reasons, I cannot give you exact answers to these questions. But I can give you the units that we use to measure:
- The total number of application end users: Hundreds of thousands (could be more, we don't always know) - The number of licenses: Thousands - The number of customer organizations: Hundreds The revenue supports 15 full time salaries plus some ad hoc consultants - and we also make a "decent" profit each year. We expect to have grown from 14 to 16 people by the end of 2009.
