I suppose there are 2 types of shortcut keys. One is provided by window manager such as alt-F4 to close window the other provided by applications such as ctrl-F to find dialog.
Those provided by window manager can not be changed by applications. There is only one window manager in windows (and mac?) but there are dozen for linux, each with its own shortcut key scheme. -- regards, ==================================================== GPG key 1024D/4434BAB3 2008-08-24 gpg --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --recv-keys 4434BAB3 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For information about J forums see http://www.jsoftware.com/forums.htm
