HP 6xx's have SuperH-3 CPUs. I believe the publicly available PocketPC J is built for ARM only. That said, as an HP 680 owner I would welcome J on SH3, either for WinCE (I think Microsoft's toolchain is able to build for any target cpu) or Linux[1].
