Whether or not Mr Field's reply is intentional, its 
direction most likely is reciprocal. He clearly knows his way
about medications, moreover the effects of lacking thereof.

With that in mind, it is now easier to understand his 
previous posts: in terms of the use of shouting 
capitals, judgmental calls and inflammatory remarks.
