This is not true - there is positional precedence _only_ - instead of the
traditional complicated layers of "operator" precedence on top of
positional, then defaulting to positional for "operators" in the same layer.

It's important to properly frame this feature of J - it eliminates arbitrary
levels of complexity associated with precedence by reducing them to the base
case of positional (although we rank position from right to left).
