I am trying to look at http://www.pyr.fi/apl/texts/Idiot.htm, in chrome

But I am having a problem figuring out how.

After digging around in that site, I found
http://www.pyr.fi/apl/idilib.htm
which sent me to
http://www.dyalog.com/documentation_library.htm

And, I managed to install that font.

I have also made that font my default fixed width font, in Chrome.

But even if edit the html and force the style on an idiom to
monospace, I still can not read the text. I have tried both
the utf-8 encoding and every western coding I could see.
None of them made any difference in the display.

I do not have a pdf viewer installed on my home machine, because
I have seen too many security issues with pdf over the last year.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I might be able to
read these idioms in chrome?

Thanks,
