I was able to reproduce your issue in Chrome.  I resolved it by installing
the Dyalog Std TT font from here:

        http://www.dyalog.com/download/download.htm#dyalogstdtt

I also installed the (non-TT) Dyalog Std font linked just below it.

PS:  I attempted this approach because when I saw gibberish in the idiom
list, I checked the page's source and saw font tags like this:

        <font size="2" face="Dyalog Std TT">

I also saw tags like <font face="Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica"> and <font
face="Georgia, Times New Roman, Times" color="#990000"> etc, but I ignored
those, because the gibberish was always enclosed in the Dyalog font tag.
