Yes, the webadmin plugin plus the ticketdelete plugin will work. If they don't work for you, then we should figure out why, since I know they work for many others. (myself included)
Any idea? By the moment I've added a few redirection rules to hide affected bugs, but we must do something with this. If Trac design is this broken we'll have to change it or something.. :-(
Trac 0.10dev, the current trunk, has the spamfiltering hooks in. http://projects.edgewall.com/trac is running trunk and using the Akismet spam plugin. If you want to run trunk, which is pretty stable, then that's also an option.
