I am unable to execute a PHP script that uses mysqli.

I'm using PHP 5.2, Cherokee 0.5.4, Mysql 5.0.24-community-nt, windows xp sp2
Cherokee works great for plain html and PHP without MySQL.

php.ini is configured for loading the proper DLL:
"extension=php_mysql.dll
extension=php_mysqli.dll "

PHP executes Correctly the script that connects to MySQL from the command
line.
The same script fails to be executed when called from Cherokee with "PHP
Warning: mysql_connect()
[function.mysql-connect<http://localhost/test/function.mysql-connect>]:
Can't create TCP/IP socket (10106) in C:\Program
Files\Cherokee\www\test\test01.php on line 6 "

There was previous thread in this list with the same issue but no correct
answer to solve it (

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks,
Ruy
