That solution has the disadvantage of not being able to use two or more nodes at the same time, hasn't it? Using the mirror handler, we could let Cherokee hold the public IP while it delivers requests to the nodes web servers farm. Then, depending on the balancer module, it would handle the node failures in different ways.
