You shouldn't use that repository. Those are packages that Gunnar
built for Debian Sarge. I don't think they would install properly
in your Ubuntu Edgy.
Besides, Ubuntu already has Cherokee packages:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/edgy/web/cherokee
It isn't the latest version though.
