Remove it. It's up to you; it's your project. Since I'm not particularily found of auto* tools, I continue using Makefile.MingW privately. But the main objective is to get cherokee to work on Win32. So far CHEROKEE_EMBEDDED is too limiting. e.g. it doesn't allow a config-file. So cherokee becomes nearly unusable IMHO.
