I take that back to an extent. Here is what I just found
while trying to dig a little bit more. I restarted cherokee and
tailed my cherokee.access file. I get this annoying people
banging away at some of my mirrored content (I don't know why):

This was the last thing logged to my access file before the
server hung. Interestingly enough, I was able to telnet to the
server on 80 after the access file stopped scrolling and got one
last request in:

After that, my server is wedged again and doesn't respond
to any requests even though it still accepts the initial socket
connection.
So my guess would be either whatever path is being
exercised by that 206 response from the rather abusive client at
202.155.126.36 or something in the logging path.
