The only outstanding issue I have is the rule part. How to configure it correctly. What to you link it to? A path? A directory? I am really confused at that part. Also in terms of the request you send, what do you have to send in the request? I see that the sql is part of the POST body but what "options" do you need to send as headers that is mentioned in the blog post? I also had an issue adding multiple sources on the rule page, the only way I could get the rule page to submit each new source was to modify the username/password each time to make the page refresh to take the new settings. I use firefox on Linux if that makes any different, unless I was missing a submit button!
