[Cherokee] Cherokee on ubuntu 7.10

I could use aptitude to install cherokee successfully. I edited the
conf. file and bound it to port 7070 since Apache was still running on
80 and I have a webmail server running on 9090. I could see the
cherokee test page on port 7070 but I could not fire up the admin.
Could someone tell me what wrong steps  I have taken? Thanks
