Thanks, Frank. I went to Virtual Servers / default / Behavior and changed the extension field of the FastCGI handler from "php" to "php, html". I also tried "php html" and "php, html", but PHP is still not being executed by HTML files. Do I have the field wrong and/or do I need to stop/start Cherokee or reboot or...? I tried at the terminal "cherokee stop" but I got my usual error message: bind.c:284: Could not bind() port=80 (UID=0, GID=0) Lane
