Then, as Jaime pointed out, it's not the same issue I'm having now (although I did have the 504 errors before too). Just guessing here but, have you tried to raise the timeout limit in cherokee- admin? Does it helps? Maybe it's also an issue with php. Can anybody corraborate that Cherokee 0.99.22 works correctly with php < 5.2.10?
