I just checked it out. There's something funny going on, indeed.

These are the files I used for the test:

תכנית לגיוס קבוצות להדרכה ומשימה תשע.txt        07-Jan-2010 11:23       14
ת.txt                                   07-Jan-2010 11:25       18
=============

I have no idea what the problem is, although a sixth sense points me to these 
characters:

ת-->כ<--נית לגיוס קבוצות להדרכ-->ה<-- ומשימה תשע

are they special?
Does something with have any idea what may be happening here?
