Hello. In fact, there was still a bug. The wizard worked fine for new virtual servers, but not under a webdir of an existing host. It would seem the wizard is almost always used to dedicate a whole virtual server, since I hadn't heard of the bug before.
It should be fixed on r4979, and it will be shipped with our next release. Thanks for spotting the whole thing.
