Regardless of how you feel about paying for the stupidity of others, you're
doing it now...insurance is higher because of it as is most everything
else. You will continue to pay extra because of this and unless I quit
paying taxes and buying insurance, I will too. There's really nothing you
can do about it. I hate it to, but laws about wearing seatbelts and helmets
isn't going to make it better...insurance will not go down, nor will taxes
or the cost of tickets when you don't follow the letter of the law....
