I for one agree with the aggressive driving style. Here we have a lot of 
people who learn to drive in third world countries, where this style is the 
norm. They'll push you to the curb as they pass unless you show them you 
aren't willing to budge. Since most of these people are in this country 
illegally, they'll move.

I also agree with not swerving to avoid because of property and bystander 
damage and liability...people are suing for everything now...it's just not 
smart to swerve in the city. In my neighborhood, you'll no doubt hit 
something as people park on both sides of the road (while the driveway is 
empty).
