Does your state tax rain? We have a rain water runoff FEE,
& it is added to our water bill (even if it don't rain), Dallas
is going to raise it because they pissed off to many $$$ last yr!
We have a FEE for everything & the water & sewer cost is on the
same bill, BUT you pay a "Customer" FEE for BOTH & you can't just
get one. Dallas owns the water co. We called & ask why we pay
two Customer FEES when we are one customer, they said tough!
