Man, that does'nt sound like my hometown (Roseburg, Oregon). Back in early 50's when I graduated from HS and left it was about 11,000. Came back for good in 1975 and it was about 17,000. Now it's still only 19,500. Within 4 years of me finishing high school it jumped to over 30000. since 1969 it has gone from 3500 to over 85000. i then moved to a town of 6500. in the last 20 years it has jumped to over 22000.
