Ok, here's a tech question for you carb experts. I have an Edelbrock 600
cfm electric choke carb on my Elky. I have experienced a failure in the
choike to operate. Checked the power source and the coil is getting power.
It is also grounded correctly....just doesn't operate.
I used to push gas down once and it would start up and idle around
1750...now it sputters at 500-750 and I have to hold the gas down to get it
warmed up.
I know very little about fixing chokes. So realizing I've never done it
before, what do I check and how do I fix it?
