Kelly, that has happened to mine, seems like the rod (bent arm)
tends to stick (sometimes) & not let the choke close.
First try it cold with the air cleaner off & see if anything
is hitting.
I've just gotten used to pushing down twice..
Since these carbs stay so clean (unlike Holly's) they
could use a tiny bit of oil on all the bent arms (rods)
where they fit the brackets.
